Mission Statement:
Know Your Worth’s mission is to encourage and inspire women to live a life worthy of dignity and respect for themselves and others.
Vision Statement:
The vision of Know Your Worth is to provide a series of conferences, retreats, seminars and workshops. Know Your Worth (KYW) creates opportunities for women to develop a confidence rooted in virtue and Godliness through the organization of life enriching activities. Each year women will look forward to KYW events that bring out the best in their character and their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Executive Summary:
Know Your Worth (KYW) is a ministry of Central Christian Church of Kansas City Missouri. KYW is led by the Director of Central Christian Church Outreach Ministry, Kesha Lee. Kesha Lee works as a Medical Assistant for St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City Missouri. She is the wife of Pastor Antoine Lee and the mother of three children. Mrs. Lee has served as the Director of Out Reach for nine years. She has developed numerous activities aimed to bring people closer to Jesus Christ. KYW is an endeavor added to a list of coordinated outreach events, but with an emphasis on the support of women. KYW is made up of a committee of dedicated members of Central Christian Church. Each year there is a concentrated effort to organize and fundraise for inspirational and empowering events that consist of conferences, retreats, seminars and workshops. Every year KYW develops a theme as a focal point for participants and provides recreation and learning activities that will support its message.

Why:
This year’s KYW Rubies are Rare conference aims to inform women of how important it is to set a Godly standard for their self-respect and self-worth. This mini-conference and retreat will inspire its participants to treat themselves with love and dignity acceptable by God; further requiring the same treatment from others. Women should leave the conference in contemplation of what standards they’ve set in their current relationship and what changes they wish to make in the near future.
